How we work as your agent
We arrange private jet charter in Chicago as an agent for you, the customer. When you accept a quote, we contract with an operator on your behalf. The operator, not us, provides the aircraft and crew and holds operational control of the flight. We do not own or operate aircraft.
Our job is to match your trip to a suitable aircraft and operator, present the terms, and coordinate the details. The operator makes the final call on routing, weather, crew duty, and safety.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this site, including any route or hourly examples, are estimates. They are based on typical market rates and may change with aircraft availability, fuel prices, crew travel, and the specifics of your trip. A quote becomes binding only when the operator confirms it in writing and you accept the operator's contract.
We will tell you when a number is an estimate. Final pricing comes from the operator and may include items like landing fees, crew overnight, and de-icing if needed.
Operators and operational control
Flights are operated by FAA Part 135 air carriers. These operators hold the certificate, maintain the aircraft, employ the crew, and have operational control. They are responsible for the safe conduct of the flight. We do not supervise or direct flight operations.
We select operators based on their certification, insurance, and fit for your trip, but the operator's contract governs the flight.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and change fees are set by the operator in their contract. We will provide the operator's terms before you commit. Typically, payment is due before departure, and cancellations can carry charges that vary by operator and timing.
Review the operator's cancellation policy carefully. If you cancel, the operator's terms apply, and we will help you understand them.
Taxes and fees
Quotes may include federal excise tax and segment fees as required by law. Other fees, such as landing and handling, may be billed by the operator or the FBO. We will itemize what is included and what is not.
Tax rates and fees are subject to change. The operator's invoice will reflect the charges that apply to your flight.
Limitation of liability
We act as an agent only. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the operator, including delays, cancellations, or injuries. Any claims regarding the flight are subject to the operator's contract and applicable law.
Our liability is limited to the amount of our service fee, if any. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
